Important Action Required
A smooth first-time login starts with current contact information and access to your existing credentials.
- Review and update the phone number and email address on file in Online or Business Online Banking.
- Know your current username and password before October 5, 2026.
- If you are unsure of your username, contact the bank for assistance.
- If you are unsure of your password, use “Forgot Password” on the relevant login screen.
- Mobile Banking users who use biometrics must reestablish biometrics in the new app; username and password are required for the first login.
Personal customers
Personal Online Banking Updates
Account Information
Most account details transfer, including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments and internal transfers, alerts, eStatements, and internal transfer settings.
Non-Transferable Services
Text, email, or push alert settings; recurring internal transfers after go-live; Bill Payment History; and Scheduled Payments & Transfers do not transfer. Save or note current settings and related history before October 5, 2026, then set up or register for these services again after launch.
Bill Pay Users
Scheduled Bill Pay payments transfer, but payment history does not. Save a copy before October 5, 2026. Ensure payee addresses are complete and accurate, and note your current payees and account numbers so you can confirm the transfer.
First-Time Login
Use your current username and password for your first login online or in the mobile app. A one-time passcode by text or phone call will verify your identity.
Enhanced Security
After your initial login, enter the one-time passcode sent by text or phone call and submit it to securely verify your identity.

Business customers
Business Online Banking Updates
Account Information
Most account details transfer, including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments, recurring and scheduled internal transfers, ACH Templates, and settings for eStatements, Merchant Deposits, Positive Pay, and Wire Transfers.
Non-transferable Services
ACH History, recurring internal transfers after go-live, and mobile push alerts do not transfer. Save existing templates and history before October 5, 2026. Internal Transfer templates must be reestablished after launch.
ACH Users
Create templates for each unique ACH file before October 5, 2026. The Copy feature is not supported in the new system.
First-Time Login
Log in using your existing username and password, then complete the Token Enablement process.
Enhanced Payment and Invoicing Solution
Add vendors, pay bills, set approval limits, manage cash flow, and upgrade your subscription to manage business billing. Contact the Business Banking team or visit the product page to learn more. This replaces the current Business Bill Pay system and goes live October 7, 2026. No action is required; account information transfers, including payees, payment history, scheduled and recurring payments, and eBills.

One app for every account
New Combined Mobile Banking App
One app will serve personal and business account holders starting October 7, 2026. Search for “SL Bank” in your device’s app store to download the new app. The current Business Mobile Banking app will no longer be available after the upgrade and can be deleted.
First mobile login
If you currently use biometrics, reestablish this feature in the new app. Your username and password are required for first-time login.
Push alert reminder
Push alerts do not transfer to the new system. Make note of your current alert settings before the upgrade.

- Update your phone number and email address in Online or Business Online Banking.
- Confirm your username and password before October 5, 2026.
- Save any payment, transfer, ACH, alert, or history details that will not transfer.
- Plan to access the new digital banking experience beginning October 7, 2026 at 8:30 AM.
